Permanent Brows

Ready to rock those perfect brows? If age, over-plucking, or hair loss have left your brows less than stellar, permanent eyebrows could be your game-changer! Whether you're aiming for a natural enhancement or a bold new look, we've got your back. Let's kickstart your journey to flawless brows today

Microblading $450

Microblading is a permanent makeup procedure used to enhance the appearance of eyebrows. It involves using a small handheld tool with tiny needles to deposit pigment into the skin in fine, hair-like strokes, creating a fuller and more defined eyebrow shape. The results typically last between one to three years, depending on factors such as skin type and aftercare.

Note: If you have moderate to extremely oily skin and/or rough-textured skin, large pores, very red-prone skin (rosacea), sun-damaged skin, then microblading is not a good option.

Powder/Ombre Brow $495

Powder Brows create a soft, pixelated effect that looks incredibly natural once fully healed, offering a subtle, powdery finish that enhances the brows with a gentle touch. In contrast, Ombre Brows provide a bold, gradient appearance, with a fuller fill towards the tail end of the brow and a lighter, softer start. This technique results in a striking, dimensional look. Both Powder and Ombre Brows are versatile and suitable for all skin types, providing customizable options to achieve the perfect brow style for you.

Luxe Brows $575

Combining the precision of hair strokes with the soft, filled effect of powder or ombre finish, this option offers a comprehensive solution for those seeking fuller, more defined brows, especially in areas where hair may be sparse near the bridge of the nose. Luxe Brow caters to a wide range of skin types, ensuring a seamless enhancement for many.

Nano Brows $650

Nano Brows are an advanced brow enhancement technique that uses a digital machine with a fine needle to create precise, ultra-thin hair strokes. This method adds volume and definition to your brows with results that are strikingly similar to microblading but with less impact on the skin. Nano Brows are designed to be less traumatic and offer long-lasting, natural-looking results. This technique is suitable for most skin types, providing a refined and elegant appearance. However, if you have extremely oily skin or large pores, our Powder Brow option might be a better fit for achieving the best results.

Note:

Please be advised that all new permanent makeup clients with previous work done elsewhere are required to book an in-person consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. Failure to attend the consultation before booking may result in refusal of service, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Not every individual needs an in-person consultation. However, we do require that you send photos to our email at contact@dermaluxespa.com when booking your appointment. Permanent makeup is a wonderful way to enhance your natural beauty, and it’s designed to last for a good while. Typically, it can last anywhere from 1 to 3 years, and often even longer, depending on factors such as your skin type, aftercare routine, and lifestyle habits.

Individuals with oily skin may find that the pigments fade faster. Similarly, those who engage in activities that cause excessive sweating, such as hot yoga, swimming, or sun exposure, may also notice quicker fading. On the other hand, individuals with normal to dry skin may find that the pigments last longer. Additionally, people who take good care of their skin by avoiding exfoliants and acids around the brow area that may cause fading, may also find that the results last longer.

The duration varies depending on the area being treated and the complexity of the design. Typically, a session can last anywhere from 1 to 3.5 hours.

Healing varies based on the individual and the area treated. Following the aftercare instructions provided to you on the day of your appointment is essential for optimal healing.

During the first 10 days of healing after getting permanent makeup, it’s important to avoid the following:

  • Touching the Area: Avoid touching the treated area with your hands to prevent infection.
  • Picking or Scratching: Do not pick, scratch, or rub the scabs or flakes to avoid pigment loss and scarring.
  • Water Exposure: Keep the area dry; avoid swimming, hot tubs, saunas, and long showers.
  • Sweating: Minimize activities that cause heavy sweating, such as intense workouts, as sweat can interfere with healing.
  • Makeup: Avoid applying makeup on or near the treated area to prevent contamination and irritation.
  • Skincare Products: Refrain from using creams, lotions, exfoliants, or other skincare products on the treated area unless recommended by your artist.
  • Sun Exposure: Protect the area from direct sunlight and avoid tanning beds, as UV rays can cause fading and irritation.
  • Sleeping on the Face: Try not to sleep on your face to prevent rubbing and pressure on the treated area.
  • Alcohol and Caffeine: Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption, as they can thin the blood and delay the healing process.
  • Chemical Treatments: Avoid facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures that could affect the treated area.

Yes, touch-ups are often necessary for permanent makeup. The initial application may not achieve the desired color intensity, so a touch-up helps fine-tune the pigment. Some areas may fade more quickly than others, and a touch-up ensures even color distribution. Adjustments may also be needed to perfect the shape and symmetry. Additionally, touch-ups help maintain the appearance over time, as all permanent makeup gradually fades. We recommend a touch-up within 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure, with maintenance touch-ups every 1-2 years depending on the individual’s skin type and lifestyle.
