This treatment draws individual hairs using a manual blade that's dipped into pigment than implanted into the skin. Microblading is not suitable for some skin types such as oily skin, large pores, red prone skin, and mature skin.

Powder/Ombre Brow $450

Powder brows gives a soft pixelated effect that looks super natural when healed. Ombre brows has a gradient bold look and filled in more towards the end tail the brow. Powder/Ombre brows is a good option for all skin types.

Luxe Brows $525

This option has a combination of hair strokes and powder/ombre finish. This is a great option for those who want a fuller look and have sparse missing hairs where the brow begins closest to your nose. Luxe Brow is an excellent choice for most skin types. If you have oily skin than powder brows is your best option.

Nano Brows $575

Nano brows is an advanced technique that adds volume and extra thin hair strokes that’s done with a digital machine using a fine needle. The results are similar to microblading but not as traumatic to the skin and has lasting results. This option is excellent for most skin types. If you have oily skin than powder brows is your best option.

When on the hunt for the perfect permanent makeup artist, take your time and don't let factors like cost or convenience cloud your judgement. It's crucial to choose wisely as not all certified artists are legally licensed to perform the procedure and experience can vary among providers. Think of it as an adventure, you want to find the best artist who will give you the perfect look and make sure you are happy with your decision.

Dermaluxe Spa is state licensed and widely respected throughout the Houston area. Our master artists have extensive knowledge and numerous certifications specializing in all permanent makeup and skincare. We believe our clients deserve exceptional work at a reasonable price.

During your permanent brow procedure, it's normal to experience a bit of discomfort. But don't worry, we've got you covered with numbing anesthetics to keep the pain minimal. To ensure the best experience possible, we recommend being well-rested and hydrated before your appointment. If you're on your menstrual cycle or about to start, you may be more sensitive to pain, so it's a good idea to schedule your appointment accordingly. A little bit of preparation goes a long way in making your procedure as comfortable as possible.

Permanent brows encompass various techniques, such as microblading, ombre, powder, nano, and microshading, to enhance eyebrow appearance with natural hair-like strokes, gradients, soft powder finish, precision, or a combination of shading. It’s a wonderful way to enhance your natural beauty, and it's designed to last for a good while. Typically, it can last anywhere from 1 to 3 years, most times even longer, depending on a variety of factors such as your skin type, aftercare routine, and lifestyle habits. If you have oily skin or lead an active lifestyle, it may be necessary to schedule a touch-up appointment more often (usually once every 12 to 15 months) to maintain the longevity of your permanent brows. But don't worry, it's all worth it for the beautiful, long-lasting results.

Healing time after the procedure varies from person to person. Typically, initial symptoms like swelling, redness, and mild discomfort are normal. Adhering to aftercare instructions is crucial for the best recovery. Generally, normal activities can be resumed after 10 days, but it's advisable to avoid extended sun exposure for two weeks.
