Requirements
- Texas State License (Esthetician): The candidate must possess and maintain an active Texas State Esthetician License.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in the field of esthetics is required.
- Knowledge of Skin Types: Understand various skin types and conditions and how to assess them for appropriate treatments.
- Facial Techniques: Proficiency in various facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, and mask application.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare products, including cleansers, exfoliants, masks, and moisturizers, to make appropriate recommendations.
- Passion for Client Success: We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to ensure exceptional client interactions.
- Flexible Availability: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is necessary to accommodate our clients’ needs and schedules.

- Provide post-treatment guidance and book follow-up appointments.
- Suggest additional services to enhance the client’s experience.
- Manage treatment supplies and equipment inventory.
- Cross-train for reception desk support.
- Assist providers as required.
Compensation
- Commission pay is determined solely by your level of experience, with additional tips.
