DERMALUXE SPA POLICIES
All appointments must be made online through our booking system or by phone at 832-377-0030. Appointments are NOT accepted through email or any social media.
To ensure availability, we suggest that you reserve your appointments in advance. Appointments must be confirmed by email/text which you will receive 48 hours before your procedure . We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments if and when possible, and are more happy to reschedule appointments with 24 hours’ notice. Please be aware if you don’t confirm your appointment, late cancellation or no show, deposit will be forfeited, and the service must be paid in full to reschedule. In a small business such as DermaLuxe Spa, we want to give our clients the best pricing available. Short notice cancellations and no shows are detrimental to our ability to provide a good service, low prices, and continue a profitable business. We ask for your help and cooperation in this matter.
IS A CONSULTATION REQUIRED?
A consultation is usually not required for permanent makeup procedures. We will discuss color, shape and design on the day of your appointment. If you have had previous permanent makeup done elsewhere or have any skin issues/disorders such as severe acne or seborrheic-dermatitis, then a consultation is required. If you arrive to an appointment without having a consultation first (either by phone or in person) we have the right to refuse service and deposit is non-refundable.
PERMANENT MAKEUP CONSENT FORMS
If this is your first time getting permanent makeup with us, please print and fill out the client consent forms which you can download directly from our website. These must be completed before you arrive for your scheduled appointment. Client Consent Forms
PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS
In order to hold the 2 hour time slot for your permanent makeup procedure, $50 deposit is required at the time your appointment is made. The balance due will be paid once the procedure is complete. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you do not confirm your appointment, no show, or late cancellation your online voucher will be forfeited. No exceptions.
There are no refunds or exchanges through Dermaluxe Spa. All sales are final.
Only guests receiving a service with our staff will be permitted beyond the waiting area. Guests under the age of 18 years old must have a parent present to sign the release form and remain present through the entire service consultation. Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted at the studio.

We are open Monday-Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm by appointment only. Closed Sundays.
