Kashia Buks, owner of Dermaluxe Spa, began her professional career in the beauty industry 19 years ago. She is a licensed cosmetologist specializing in skincare and has multiple certifications in cosmetic and paramedical tattooing. She is a perfectionist with an exceptional eye to detail and is very passionate about helping her clients achieve beautiful results. Kashia studied at The Art Institute of Houston specializing in perspective drawing and color theory and also served in the US Army as a Mortuary Affairs Specialist.
Melissa Mund, licensed esthetician, has been in the professional beauty industry for 11 years. She is trained in many techniques and treatments including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, customized facials and many other services Dermaluxe Spa has to offer. Melissa is also a professional singer and enjoys playing in her band on the weekends.

DERMALUXE SPA POLICIES
All appointments must be made online through our booking system or call our studio at 832-377-0030. Appointments are NOT accepted through email, text, or any social media. To ensure availability we suggest that you reserve your appointments in advance. We also have a wait-list you can add yourself to once booking your initial appointment. All appointments must be confirmed by email/text which you will receive 48 hours before. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments if and when possible and are more happy to reschedule appointments with 48 hours notice. Please be aware, if you don’t confirm your appointment, last minute cancellation, or no show the deposit will be forfeited and a second deposit will be required to reschedule. In a small business such as DermaLuxe Spa, we want to give our clients the best pricing available. Short notice cancellations and no shows are detrimental to our ability to provide a good service, low prices, and continue a profitable business. We ask for your help and cooperation in this matter.
PERMANENT MAKEUP CONSENT FORMS
If you are a NEW client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a client consent form or print and fill out the client consent forms which you can download directly from our website. These must be completed before for your scheduled appointment. CLIENT CONSENT FORMS PERMANENT MAKEUP
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time your appointment is made for all permanent makeup services. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. If you don’t confirm your appointment, late cancellation, or no show the deposit will be forfeited. If you arrive 15 minutes late past your appointment time the deposit will be forfeited and an additional $50 deposit will be required to re-book. No exceptions.
There are no refunds or exchanges through Dermaluxe Spa. All sales are final and pricing is non-negotiable.
GIFT CARDS & ONLINE VOUCHERS
Gift cards and online vouchers are not refundable or transferable. Gift cards or vouchers must be present at the time of your service. Dermaluxe Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or unauthorized uses of the card.
Only clients receiving a service with our staff will be permitted beyond the waiting area. Guests under the age of 18 years old must have a parent present to sign the release form and remain present through the entire service consultation. Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted at the studio.
OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS
Over the past years, Dermaluxe Spa has grown from serving the Houston area to serving clients from our neighboring cities and states. If you are located outside of Houston we would love to help you arrange hotel accommodations.

We are open Monday-Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm by appointment only. Closed Sundays.
